Denvyrs Air Conditioning and Heating was founded by a husband and wife in the summer of 2022. Although fairly new as a business, the family has been in the Air Conditioning and Heating industry for over 17 years. The owner has worked in the industry since he was 13 years old, starting with his father at another company they owned back in the day by the name of All American. He started working during his summer breaks when he was just exiting 7th grade, and he hasn't stopped since then. Taking a liking to the industry he continued working summers until he was old enough to drive his very own service vehicle; although he did need a chaperone as he was only 16 years old and could not legally drive a commercial vehicle by himself. After 10th grade summer he decided he wanted to pursue his career full time. He graduated early and never looked back. Already having many years of service experience, it helped him to excel through the technical learning aspects of air conditioning and heating. The family business sold in 2012 to a large corporation that his father went on to work for, and Chad went on to work elsewhere. He worked for a few local mom and pop shops in the area, and also pursued a few jobs in the Palm Springs area. This helped him to learn how other businesses ran their day to day operations, while also helping him find a new passion for mini split installations, air flow and air distribution, as well as high efficiency A/C and Heating equipment. Chad has always maintained a personal relationship with his customer base, and they have continued to follow him wherever he goes as they have grown to trust and enjoy working with him. They value his honest and blunt advice, and appreciate his professionalism. Already having a great reputation, and working solely off of referrals from his loyal customers, he decided to start his own business. His family now runs their very own operation here locally and enjoys working hand in hand with all of his customers day in and day out. He continues to build solid relationships with his customers, and he enjoys helping people find comfort within their own home. They enjoy spending time with their 10 month old daughter "Denvyr", watching her grow and learn new things. Within a few years they plan to add 2 more children to their family, making them a family of 5! They have 2 dogs, a White Swiss Shepard by the name of Yukon, and a Brown Lab by the name of Indika. The family plans to build a home in Cherry Valley, and hopes to have their own little farm some day soon. The family loves their community and hopes to be able to give back more and more over the next few years. They plan on expanding their small business, hoping to some day end up in your home and lend a helping hand!

We cannot bill your home warranty, but if you purchased your home recently we can look into utilizing your home warranty the right way. Unfortunately, home warranties are extremely strict when it comes to who they hire and the amount of work they can cover as per your policy. Home warranty policies have become less and less beneficial for home owners over the years, leaving home owners to pay about the same amount of money out of pocket as they would calling and hiring their own company without utilizing the home warranty policy. Our opinion on home warranty policies is that they are not worth keeping any longer than the first 2-3 years from when you purchased your new home.
All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.
Within 12-48 hours as long as it is not a major issue such as a compressor or a coil. We schedule all of our customers out with urgency, and everyone has to wait in line in the order the calls were received. We run 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so scheduling the call really is depends on your availability.
The short answer is yes. However, we do not provide any warranties on equipment purchased outside of our network and we do not pursue these warranties if and when there is an issue with that equipment. All warranties are to be handled by the home owner directly. In the event that there is a warranty issue, we do not provide labor warranties on equipment, no exceptions. There will be additional labor fees for warranty work regardless of the time of installation. The home owner is also responsible for pulling their own permits and they will have to pull the permit under an "Owner Builder" permit to relieve the installation company of any liability. Home owner will also be responsible for mitigation fees, Hers testing, and any other requirements by the city to pass inspection. In the event that the home does not pass inspection, the home owner will be required to fix the issues called out by the inspector.

No, we do not service swamp coolers anymore. Not many companies do.
Absolutely. Although it may be more expensive to retrofit a home with mini split units, it is worth the money up front. We install about 10-15 mini split units every month, the industry is shifting towards personalized comfort and with mini splits you get individualized home comfort. The energy savings on mini split units is phenomenal compared to the of standard efficiency central heating and air conditioning equipment.
Yes, we do attic insulation installation. We usually do it after the ductwork has been updated though, as once the insulation is installed it makes it a little more difficult to do anything else up there with older homes.
